Nakhon Ratchasima province is located in the North East of Thailand. It is surrounded by the beautiful Phetchabun and Dong Phaya Yen mountain ranges. This is the largest province in Thailand. The area is well known for its tourism, as well as its locally made crafts which are sold onto tourists. Many people however do skip Nakhon and simply pass through it to get to the North-East of the country. This is a shame as they are missing out on a number of architectural sites as well of a plethora of museums.
