How can I order?

First click to see flowers in a category (right). When you find a product that interest you look at the details (click buy/info button). Scroll down the page. You will see the order form you need to complete. You can pay by all major credit/debit cards or PayPal

Please place your order online using this order form. We accept orders online only. The reason is it is much easier to understand delivery instructions in writing than over the phone. When we receive orders online the delivery instructions are written and we do not make any mistakes with delivery addresses, phone numbers etc.

When will you send my order?

When you order you can choose a delivery date and delivery time slot.

Will you tell me when the order is delivered?

Yes, when the order is delivered we will send you an email.

Is paying secure?

Yes it is. We collect your name and email address. When you click to order you are taken, depending on your chosen payment method, either to a secure PayPal page or a page on our merchant account provider (2checkout.com) page to pay. When you order on our site, you do not share your financial information/credit card information with us.

Do you really send everywhere in Thailand?

Yes we do!. And delivery is always by our local florist, not by courier or post.

Is delivery guaranteed?

Yes it is. In some cases addresses are wrong, or people and offices have moved. Sometimes people are not available to receive flowers. In these cases we need to contact the recipient by phone to arrange delivery at an alternative location or time. As long as you have provided a working phone number for the recipient your order is guaranteed. If for some reason the order can not be sent, you are refunded.
