Our pictures and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Some items are substituted do to the unique style of our florist and what is available. We will only use the freshest and high quality flowers that are available.

 

Valentines Day Delivery

 

Please specify AM of PM for delivery. If you specify an exact time we will try to deliver then but can not guarantee it. Please make sure you place a working telephone number for the recipient.

 

 

Q: Where do you operate from?

A: We organize and deliver flowers and gifts from our trusted suppliers all over Thailand. All of our flowers are grown in Asia.

 

Q: How does the "Up To Us" service work?

A: We select the finest flowers that are available to suit your occasion. We use florists near to the delivery destination to ensure that flowers are as fresh as possible.

 

Q: What is the UPGRADE option on some of the payment pages?

A: You can select to upgrade the arangement. This means that we use more high quality flowers in the arrangements.

 

Q: Why are some of your special offers so cheap compared to other sites?

A: We sell some flowers and bouquets at near to cost price in order to generate interest in our site and generate profit from more expensive bouquets.

 

Q: What happens if the recipient is out when the items are delivered?

A: If delivered to a home address and nobody is in to receive the items we will leave a note for the recipient. We will then get in contact with them to re-arrange delivery. In some cases, if it is convenient the recipient can receive the product from a local florist or depot.

 

 

Q: Can you deliver to other countries?

A: No sorry we only deliver in Thailand.

 

Q: You mentioned that I could order special requests?

A: Yes if you give us a detailed description we may be able to help you buy merchandise to send within or outside of Thailand. This could either be intended as a gift or we could help you with wholesale import/export transactions.
