We require a contact telephone number for the recipient. Since the addressing system is very confusing in Thailand we may need to contact the customer in some cases if we experience difficulties with the address. If you provide a contact telephone number for the recipient this guarantees delivery
Substitution Policy
Flowers are unique items, so items will of course look slightly different from our illustrations. Also in some areas certain items may not be available so may be substituted for similar items of equal or greater value. We work as closely as possible with the colors and type of flowers. Generally speaking red roses, pink roses, gerbera and lilies are available everywhere
