• We deliver to ALL LOCATIONS IN THAILAND
• We only use local florists for delivery - we never use couriers. Carefully check our competitors sites for flower delivery information, you will see that many of them use couriers to send flowers. Couriers and the postal service are very unreliable in Thailand - flowers delivered by courier or post are likely to arrive damaged, late or in poor condition. Before placing a flower order for delivery in Thailand we strongly suggest you ask the company how the flowers are delivered.
• We now offer SAME DAY flower delivery - usually if you can get your order in before 11:00 AM Thai Time. This is usually only available in big cities - please confirm with us by email that same day delivery is available before you place a same day flower delivery order. You will be surprised how quicky we respond to questions by email. We are open 16 hours a day 7 days per week.
• It is essential that you provide us with correct flower delivery information.
  When you place you order you will enter the delivery address, please ensure that this is correct giving directions if difficult to find.
• Please provide us with a contact phone number (or two) for the recipient in case there is a problem with delivery (they are not in to receive the arrangement or the address is incorrect). If we need to the recipient about delivery we will not mention that we are delivering flowers so as not to spoil the surprise.
• We can attempt delivery a maximum of 2 times and within 2 days of the initial attempt at delivery.
• Regrettably, and I hope understandably, we cannot make a refund if we can't deliver the arrangement within 2 days of the first dispatch. Fresh cut flowers have a shelf life and they must be received in the very best condition. We cannot afford to absorb the cost of arrangements that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information unless you have provided us with a working telephone number for the recipient.
• If you do not supply a delivery date we will deliver at the earliest opportunity.
• Unlike our competitors we only use local florists to send flowers, by not using couriers we ensure that the finest quality flowers are sent. Due to having different suppliers in different areas - In some cases, depending on availability it may be necessary to substitute flowers for flowers of different colors from those illustrated. The availability of fresh flowers changes on a daily basis. We are unable to offer refunds when flowers have been substituted for flowers of equal or greater value.
